Testimonial:
1. What kind of exhibitor can I expect at my corporate health fair?
The exhibitors are medical and non-medical professionals who strive to increase awareness of solutions to maintaining health and fitness and the happiness that comes from being fit and well. They may take appointments if your staff requests them. They will provide information about specific health and fitness problems, and, where there is more than one way to deal with a problem, they explain why a particular specialty may be a better choice than others.

2. I do my own fairs internally already, why do I need you?
As you know, it takes a lot of time and energy to put together such an event. Because we put them on regularly, we can put the whole event on with little or no trouble to you, freeing you for your other duties. We can typically incorporate any resources you already have and wish to continue using, but we will usually be able to bring in new exhibitors to make it a more well-rounded fair.

3. Why is the health fair such a good way for our staff to find out about various health possibilities?
We ensure that each of the presenters is highly qualified and that their practices are conveniently located for the needs of your staff. They provide information based on the interests and needs of an individual, with no pressure to follow one treatment plan over another. We believe, better decisions are made by educated individuals who decide for themselves how to remain healthy, rather than individuals faced with a medical emergency after their health has deteriorated.

4. How do you decide what type of businesses and practices will attend?
We coordinate with you to find out what your staff would most appreciate, and then survey to find out the availability of particular resources in your area. Because we have provided many health fairs to a wide variety of clients, we are able to offer advice on what will probably work best, but we aim to provide what you want.

5. Do you include screenings for medical conditions as part of the health fair?
Yes, we generally include screenings for common foot and ankle problems, neck and back conditions, carpal tunnel syndrome, dental needs, blood pressure, glucose and anemia. Other general services, such as cholesterol levels and flu shots, can always be arranged for a fee. Please discuss with us the features you would like to see at your health fair. We are happy to let you know if these services can be offered on a complimentary basis.

6. Do you provide complimentary massages at your health fairs?
Always. The staff members love it.  We also make sure there are enough massage therapists so your staff dont spend all their health fair time standing in line!

7. How soon can you schedule a fair for us?
It depends on the size of the fair and the location; a small fair can sometimes be put together in as little as 4-6 weeks, but most fairs are best scheduled 12-16 weeks ahead of time.

8. How much space do I need to have a health fair?
We can adapt the layout to conference rooms, wide hallways, cafeterias and other spaces. The size of the health fair will depend on the size of the staff.  Most companies have spaces large enough to accommodate a highly successful health fair.

9. How can you provide this service at no cost to us?
The professionals represented at your health fair pay a fee to New York Health and Wellness Fairs for our coordination of the health fair and our liaison with you. In turn, they are pleased for the chance to enlighten individuals on a one-on-one basis. Their practices are normally located close by, so your staff members are offered services at a convenient location. If your office is like most, there are always employees who are looking for new practitioners or who have been putting off handling a non optimum condition and thus are grateful to find someone nearby.

10. We have an affiliation with a health club and would not want them to have to pay. Can we invite them ourselves?
Absolutely. We want to complement what you are currently doing, not take away from it.
